GEUS Bulletin and former series

An international, peer-reviewed and open access journal published by the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland.

GEUS Bulletin is the current flagship journal of the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS), publishing geoscience research papers, monographs and map descriptions for Denmark, Greenland and the Arctic region since 2003.

The journal is diamond open access – meaning that it is free to read and publish in the journal.

GEUS Bulletin is financed by GEUS.

Former series

Several former series were published by the Geological Survey of Denmark (DGU) and Geological Survey of Greenland (GGU) before the two Surveys merged in 1996.

These include:

  • Geology of Denmark Survey Bulletin (1991–2001)
  • Geology of Greenland Survey Bulletin (1997–2002)
  • Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse Bulletin (1948–1996)
  • Grønlands Geologiske Undersøgelse Rapport (1964–1996)
  • DGU Series (A–D; 1971–1995)
  • DGU Række (1–5; 1893–1983)
