At the meeting, we will share key results and discuss future directions. Your input as a potential implementer is vital to ensure that the technologies, we develop are both relevant and applicable in practice.
In MARSURE we are developing technologies that makes MAR safer without polluting the groundwater and we like to discuss with you questions like:
- What challenges are associated with the implementation of MAR?
- What water resources are available for MAR, and is there a need to recharge with lower-quality water e.g. in areas affected by drought caused by climate change?
- In addition to groundwater contamination with trace pollutants, are the spread of pathogens and antibiotic resistance also considered a problem?
- What regulatory limitations are there to the implementation of MAR
