Excursions to chalk outcrops as reservoir analogues

Our experienced geologists will be your guide to locations with chalk outcrops. The geological excursions are relevant for hydrocarbon exploration geologists. Feel the chalk, compare it to your own reservoir rock and combine with core workshop at GEUS.

Several world class chalk outcrops are available for inspection. Contact us, if you are interested in an excursion to one of the locations together with one of our experienced geologists as a guide. On the locations you have the chance to study the chalk and compare it to your own reservoir rock.

The excursion can be combined with a core workshop in the laboratories at GEUS.
